TORONTO, May 9 /CNW/ -- TORONTO, May 9 /CNW/ - Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Friday, May 9, 2008:

- The shares of Crosshair Exploration & Mining Corp. (TSXVN:CXX) will
be removed from the index. The company will graduate to trade on the
TSX under the same ticker symbol.
- As part of an amalgamation agreement, the shares of Bell Resources
Corporation (TSXVN:BL) will trade under the new name Bell Copper
Corporation. The company will trade under the new ticker symbol
"BCU" and the new CUSIP number 077884 10 4. The shares will be
consolidated on a 1 new for 2 old basis.
